Tiivistelmä:Why do people work? How can improved human resource management contribute to improved organization performance? Issues of motivation and satisfaction, of reward and participation, have always been key factors in research into the management of people. The search for key linkages between intrinsic and extrinsic aspects of employment and their impact on performance and productivity therefore remains the subject of many current studies, whether descriptive or prescriptive in their conclusions.
