Tiivistelmä:The basic message of Ned Herrmann's work is that each one of us is unique in the way in which we use, avoid or prefer the characteristics of our rational self, experimantal self, feeling self and safekeeping self. This paper discusses the question of how this translates into everyday behavior and what consequences our dominance profile has for our relationship with other people. Since our profiles are to a large degree, the product of nurturing rather than of nature , we can change if we choose to, and if we are prepared for the consecuences.
