| Tiivistelmä: | This paper establishes a mathematical model for evaluating comprehensively the quality of entrepreneurs. The indicators of evaluation in this model is made up of main level of criterion and sub-level of criterion. The main level of criterion is, the primary indicators includes political quality, knowledge quality, ability quality, thinking quality, physical quality and style quality. Every primary indicator is formed of many secondary indicators. After the weighted calculation, every factor at every level is put in order according to its significance and then a matrix of judgement is established by 1-9standards. This method of evaluation combines level analysis with qualitative and quantitative analyses and its mathematical model can also be programmed. |
