| Tiivistelmä: | The new theory on trade holds that the target of promoting the effective growth of domestic export trade and increasing the net national welfare under the incomplete competition market and economy of scale can be reached by the effective intervention of the government's behaviour, such as raising tariff, protecting domestic market, implementing export subsidy, allocating new types of resources. In handling the relationship between politics and trade, China should not consider trade only and instead, promote trade with politics and implement external trade and economic infiltration with foreign aid, thus creating an environment favourable to competition for China's international trade. |
