| Tiivistelmä: | This paper is devoted to such issues involved in utilising foreign investment as rate of returns, exchange balance and import of equipment. At no time should the Chinese government or the Chinese investors commit themselves on the rate of returns of investment, because acceptance of risk is relegated to the investors who are keepers of enterprises. The difficulties involved in the balance of foreign exchange mainly result from the enterprises of three kinds of ownership (joint venture, co-operative and foreign-owned) and in view of this fact, the state should adopt policies which industrially favour the balance of foreign exchange of electricity industry, satisfying as much as possible the needs of foreign exchange for purchasing parts and for outward profit of foreign investors. |
