Tiivistelmä:Given the size and risky nature of information systems investments, it is important that developers pursue a process that will ultimately lead to the adoption and effective use of information systems. A better understanding of the development process leading to better decisions for building new information systems is necessary. The results indicate that TAME, which combines user involvement and behavioral constructs over a wide range of information system development projects, accounts for a large portion of the covariance among the constructs that lead to a user's behavioral intention to use the system. TAME's overall descriptive ability is significantly better than TAM's, which does not include involvement constructs.
