| Tiivistelmä: | For Pudong New Area as a new development zone, it should utilize and develop its large land on one hand and follow the principle of"three concentrations" in utilizing the land of the whole city on the other hand in a bid to implement central government's related policies in the progress of large-scale land development. Besides, it should seek an intensive method of land development in order to rationalize it. It should also conduct control over the total supply of land and insist on the overall control of overall plan and embark on the marketing road featuring paid use of land. At the same time, effective measures to activate reserves must be made and attention should be paid to the protection of basic farm land. |
