| Tiivistelmä: | The strategy of "large-scale commerce" is not only the necessary demand of promoting the economic development in the western area but also the important way of pushing forward the process of urbanization. This strategy is the fundamental factor which can bring into full play the role of multi-function of economic centers including trade center financial center and information. It is also the necessary result from reflections on historical experiences. It is suitable for the western area to select the lead development model, i.e. commerce develops ahead of the primary and secondary industries. In addition, we should accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure strengthen the organization construction of whole scale trade and develop foreign trade and open wider to the outside world. |
