| Tiivistelmä: | The merger and acquisition of foreign investors led to various complex changes in system. Both of them have provided more chances for China's economy and increased its gains and at the same time brought a lot of risks and losses. In view of this, we should take the following measures: 1. guiding foreign investors' merging behaviour towards being conducive to China's economy with market as guidance, 2. pursuing a serial of compulsory system arrangement including policies, laws and regulations in a bid to control their merging and acquiring behavior. But the basic measure towards it is to overcome the difficulties and solve the problems facing state enterprises effectively and conscientiously in an effort to strengthen their own strength. |
