| Tiivistelmä: | There are the following selections in finding a way out for state-owned enterprises in China: 1. constructing the micro foundation featuring high-efficient operation in economy with market as guidance and insisting on the reform orientation of modern enterprises system featuring "clear definition of property right, distinct right and responsibility, separation of functions between the government and enterprises and scientific management"; 2. lightening enterprises' burden; (we can not place hopes on such a solution, that is, the state inputs capital and cancel bad debt once only); 3. accelerating the development of large-sized enterprises and gradually giving up small ones to shape a batch of large world-level companies and strengthen their strength; 4. implementing name strategy to promote the prosperity of the national economy. |
