| Tiivistelmä: | This paper analyzes the changes in the pattern of distribution of social property since reform and opening up and its influence on the operation of national economy from the formation of banks' financial assets and the formation of industrial production assets. It points out that only by realizing the objective that state assets grow in step with social property and the integration of scattered social property by taking advantage of concentrated stock rights of state assets, can the dominant position of state-owned economy be kept in the new pattern of distribution of social property. By making comparison between direct integration and indirect integration in terms of strength and cost of integration, it holds that the direct one is the effective way to bring into play the dominant function of state-owned economy. |
