| Tiivistelmä: | The rising price on building market before Hong Kong's return to the motherland both reflects people's confidence and contain quite a component of speculation. So high land price and high building price have become a major economic difficult problem in Hong Kong. Considering the problem from a long-term point of view, Tung Chee Hwa, the First Chief Executive and the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region determine to put an end once and for all to this problem. The building price will be kept at higher level in Hong Kong in a quite a long period of time, which will certainly exert influence on Shenzhen's real estate and bring challenges greater than chances to it. |
