| Tiivistelmä: | For adjustment and harmony of relationship between banks and enterprises, we should first establish modern enterprises system and standardize the new financing relationship. Meanwhile we will promote the reform of financial system in a bid to realize commercialized business operation of banks. Shifting mechanism according to the principle of commercial banks is the only way of state banks for adapting themselves to the new market environment and also the important link of establishment of new relationship between banks and enterprises. In addition importance should be attached to the problems left over in history and the problem of harmful claim should be settled conscientiously. Only by handling well the contradiction between enterprises and banks, can we lay foundation for healthy development of companies and banks. |
