| Tiivistelmä: | State-owned enterprises are only one kind of formation of state capital. Overall, to invigorate state-owned economy, its industrial distribution should be taken into full account. In view of the above the new reform strategy of "accelerating the development of large-sized enterprises and gradually giving up small-sized ones" has been taken. As a result, the wave of acquisition and merger of enterprises has arrived. During this period, the industrial adjustment, reform of enterprises' system and capital rearrangement are all conducted at the same time, and thereby some large enterprise groups have been formed. With acquisition and merger developing further, the difficulty in assets combination will become greater and greater. To adapt to the development of large corporations, capital market will develop rapidly. |
