| Tiivistelmä: | The house finance has the following functions in the reform of housing system: raising widely and effectively funds for housing, financing, thus promoting the reform of housing system, impelling structural adjustment resulting in the optimization of fund allocation, speeding up capital turnover thereby raising the use efficiency of funds for housing. But there exist the following problems in the development of house financial industry in China: The backward reform of housing system restricts its development . There is a lack of financial tool and short supply of consumption credit funds. The responsibilities of institutions dealing with the business of policy housing credit are unclear and their operation is not standardized, There is no unified management system. Besides, there is no dominant internediary for financing for housing. |
