| Tiivistelmä: | The inexorable trend in peasant housing development is urbanization. It will be conducive to economizing land, the formation of land concentration mechanism, the rationization of industrial structure of the rural area and even the whole society, peasants' rational consumption and the comprehensive development of rural economy as well as rural urbanization and civilization. To this end, we should reach a common understanding, formulate the related policies, establish organizations, practise target responsibility system, make a scientific plan and conduct strict management, and raise funds for establishing rural housing cooperatives. |
