| Tiivistelmä: | We should first promote vigorously the construction of key projects, such as backbone water conservancy project, communications infrastructure project, port development, and basic industries projects like energy and raw materials. Then we should accelerate the construction of urban residential houses, readjust house prices and standardize real estate market. Besides, we have to raise funds for construction through many channels to ensure that the actually used foreign investment in various kinds of development zones will reach US $ 0.36 billion this year, and also expand domestic financing. Moreover, we must improve the organization and management of key project construction and practise whole-process and target-tracing management. |
