| Tiivistelmä: | China's traditional statistical activity system can not fit in with the needs of deepening further reform and development of statistical information industrialization in terms of organizational form, mode and effect. To reform China's traditional system, we should 1. establish three statistical activity systems, that is, the government, enterprises and non-governmental or social organizations which are relatively independent and mutually coordinated. 2. pursue paid service, industrial management and market management and develop the high-efficient operational mechanism of China's statistical information industry, 3. strength the development and research on information and related technology as well as ties with other departments and industries. which are relatively independent and mutually coordinated. |
