| Tiivistelmä: | The system of unemployment risk early warning is established on the basis of analysis of unemployment rate, the internal structure of unemployment and the factors influencing unemployment. It is used for establishing a warning line according to the pressure level of different unemployment levels and warning sign factors on socio-economy and analyzing early warning with an aim at controlling the unemployment risk in the scope with in which the society can bear. Such an indicator system has the same features as the general one like standard, comprehensiveness, sensibility, complementarity, operability and particularity. This paper divides the system into immediate alarm model and dynamic early warning model according to the design aim and principles of the system. |
