| Tiivistelmä: | It is extremely necessary to attach high importance to the studies of transformation rate of natural resources by taking and drawing the economic operational model and experience of the advanced countries. Overall-speaking, China must do the following to develop economic, raise efficiency and enhance the market competitive power of products: break away from the traditional concept of extension-type extended reproduction; change the production mode of increasing output by expanding consumption of resource; increase investment in raising the transformation rate of natural resources, depending on technological transformation; take the road of connotation-type extended reproduction including reducing consumption, deepening processing, and collecting waste materials. |
