| Tiivistelmä: | One is to prevent governments at every level from putting administrative pressure on banks in various forms and varying degrees while banks' credit support to medium-and small-sized enterprises is stressed. Two is that the government should have the necessary measures to help banks grant loans to medium-and small-sized enterprises. For instance, the local loan guarantee funds may be established or such an institution as "centre for serving medium-and small-sized enterprises" with the government taking the lead be set up. In terms of policy, some preferential tax or credit policies should be given to them. On the other hand, medium and small-sized enterprises should also perfect their own conditions in order to attract banks' credit support. |
