| Tiivistelmä: | Developing direct financing can broaden the financing channels for state-owned enterprises and overcome many shortcomings of the previous indirect financing. It is beneficial to raising funds for the construction of state-owned enterprises. It is beneficial to the transformation of the managerial mechanism of enterprise and the cultivation of new managerial mechanism of enterprise. It is also advantageous to broadening the financing channels for state-owned enterprises and breaking through the stereotype that enterprise depend excessively on banks for credit funds. It may promote the organizational structure of state-owned enterprises to transform towards a reasonable direction and therefore optimize the allocation of resources. |
