| Tiivistelmä: | Firstly, there must be clear subjects of investment, which is to say that responsibilities, powers and interest in the whole process of investment are unified. Therefore, responsibilities have to be considered at the time of decisions making so that the effectiveness of the operation of investment funds can be guaranteed. Secondly, ways of investment and finance should mainly adopt financial modes. The proportion of direct financing should be gradually enlarged. Thirdly, the diversification and multilevel of financial institutions are to be realized. Fourthly, financing institutions by policy are to be set up. The establishment of the above mode of investment and finance system stresses on the settlement of two issues: making great efforts to foster and develop the capital market; perfecting the financial system. |
