| Tiivistelmä: | The measures we have taken since the mid-Dec. of last year aim mainly at the increase of investment in infrastructure, which will be estimated at US$ 750 billion in the coming three years. In terms of production, enterprises should reconsider their production strategy, expand market, increase production, reduce cost and enhance their competitiveness, thus forming a virtuous circle. In terms of organization and system, for such workshop-type enterprise organizations, most of them are not suited to the current situation. But what form enterprises should take should be decided by themselves according to the state of the industries they belong to, the scales of enterprises and the development stage which they are in. |
