| Tiivistelmä: | According to the characteristic of the APEC Board of Ministers, we should participate in the economic cooperation while regarding the APEC Summit Meeting as the core. In order to speed up the pace of opening up, we have to make great efforts in adaption to international conventions, accelerate the structural reform of state-owned enterprises and foreign economic organization, improve their international competitive power, change old views, take steps to strengthen the education of economic internationalization. We should keep a foothold on APEC cooperation as well as implement the pluralistic market strategy. Continuously strengthen the economic and trade contacts with Western Europe, Oceania, expand the economic and trade cooperative approaches with Africa and South America, and so on. |
