| Tiivistelmä: | The Asian Crisis, a crisis in balance of payment, also a crisis in capital market, with a poor administration an supervision of the government, a shortage of necessary rules and regulations, a lack of policy transparency in addition, makes the financial system too weak to stand the attack. The most effective way to prevent crisis is to control risk. In order to put the risk-control project into practice on an international scale, each tate, on one hand, should design correct train of thought, on the other hand, should ensure the implementation by strict rules and regulations. The authorities must adopt the scheme to balance of payment inclusive of measuring risk. The economic recovery from Japan to the overall Asia will be a slow process. |
