| Tiivistelmä: | Main sources for the financing of multinationals include international stock right financing, international bond financing, Euro-bill financing, consortium loans, financing for imports and exports. While making decisions on international financing, multinationals should make efforts to seek for funds of low costs, such as striving for concessional subsidy loans. They should also avoid or lower all kinds of risks, including exchange risk and political risk. Moreover, they should set up the best financial structure and keep the ratio of liabilities within 25 percent to 45 percent, which is thought to be appropriate . Chinese multinationals should actively make use of international funds to develop themselves. Various patterns of financing, such as stock right financing on international financial market, bond and international credit financing. |
