| Tiivistelmä: | China's investment fund development present the following pattern at present: The local investment funds are basically examined and approved by the local departments in charge. The closed or contract funds are the main forms. With the established funds increasing every year, the scale of funds have become increasingly larger. Securities exchanges will be the main places for the listing of fund bonds. The transactions of fund bonds are brisk. The objective model of China's investment funds should be a unified, open and orderly investment fund market to be established in light of the international practice, featuring standard behavior of market subject, both open and closed funds and coexistence of domestic funds, foreign funds within the territories and beyond the territories. |
