| Tiivistelmä: | The problem of system is the top major one existing in the development of enterprise groups in China. To make enterprise groups develop smoothly, we must establish the mechanism for administration of law, starting from the following aspects: The state's organs in charge of economic policy decision and economic management should restrain and govern enterprise groups according to law rather than only exercise administrative intervention guided by macro regulation and control policy. We should accelerate the process of formulating the enterprise group law, and improve the operation of enterprise groups and transform the groups themselves in order to establish the mechanism for administration of law in the entities of enterprises groups. |
