| Tiivistelmä: | The following contribute to the underdevelopment of China's enterprise bond market: inadequate supply of enterprise bonds, small demand for enterprise bonds and weak fluid nature of enterprise bonds. However, the misguidance of the government-driven securities market development model is the hidden reason for its underdevelopment. To reinvigorate the enterprise bond market, we must change the strategy of securities market development into one centering on raising the efficiency of fund allocation, realize marketization of interest rate, establish and perfect the bankruptcy and liquidation systems of enterprises and strengthen the fluid nature of enterprise bonds. |
