| Tiivistelmä: | At present, Jiangsu province has already been in the mid-period of industrialization. Its per capita GDP has reached US$ 1100 and the transition of industrial structure from being labour and resource-intensive to capital and technology-intensive is being accelerated. To realize the transition, more investment should be increased to complete a batch of key projects high effectively. The five key projects determined according to its actual conditions are 1. farming, forestry and water conservancy development, 2.construction of infrastructure like communications, power, environmental protection and urban public facilities, 3.developing high and new tech industries to promote the translation of sci-tech achievements into productive forces, 4.increasing the proportion of investment in technological transformation of pillar industries. |
