| Tiivistelmä: | Among the development strategies, that is, concentration strategy, integration strategy and diversification strategy, as to which enterprise groups can take their choice, the integration strategy should be the first to be chosen in the experiment with large enterprise groups for the following reasons: Such a strategy can not only make the successful enterprises establish large-sizedenterprise groups through merger or acquisition within a short period of time but also realize the rational transfer of social resources in the course of integration thus adjusting rationally the industrial structure. |
