| Tiivistelmä: | Attention has been paid to the following in development of private economic development zone in Shanghai: 1. emancipating the mind and grasping chances; 2. leaders' attaching importance to it and other departments' giving support; 3. choosing site scientifically and giving preferential policy; 4. standardizing management and providing good service; 5. allying internally and expanding externally and stressing the key points. We can get the following enlightenment from its development: We should have a new understanding of private economy and strengthen further leadership to private economy and enhance our service awareness. We should also support privately-run enterprises and guide them towards industrialization and scale operation. |
