| Tiivistelmä: | Reasons for the loss of state-owned commercial enterprises are complicated due to the interrelationships between history and reality, subjectivity and objectivity, government and enterprise, manager and employee, system and party conduct. The direct superficial reason is decline in sales and rise in expenditures. Analysing from a deeper angle, the fundamental reason is the resource allocation in state-owned commercial enterprises doesn't adapt to requirements from the development of market economy. This indicates that the state-owned ownership is not suitable in the field of purely competitive business. That's the fundamental reason for the decline in benefits of state-owned commercial enterprises. |
