| Tiivistelmä: | Operational patterns of risk investment are as follows: collecting capital for risk investment; establishing and managing funds of pioneering work; choosing the pattern of risk investment; choosing project; withdrawing investment and gaining revenues. Conditions required for carrying out risk investment in China are as follows: (1)A certain amount of risk capital and the exploration of various sources of funds. (2)The establishing of a batch of pioneering work funds, which are relatively large in scale, and the standardized operation of these funds. (3)Establishing a system for the flowing of risk investment and creating a market for the fransfering of risk investment. (4)A number of professionals expertised in risk investment. Build up a rank of risk investors and pioneers.(5)A favourable policy environment which is supported by government. |
