| Tiivistelmä: | The changes with the greatest historical significance during the twenty years of rural reform in China are as follows: 1.reforming the system of people's commune and pursuing household responsibility contract system with remune ration linked to output; 2.reforming the system of the state monopoly for purchase and marketing and decontrolling gradually farm product market and prices; 3. reforming the single structure of "taking grain as the key" and developing diversification and township enterprises. In the twenty years of rural reform, the enthusiasm of hundreds of millions of peasants has been aroused and productive forces liberated and developed. As a result, historical great changes have taken place in rural economic and social development, which has forcefully promoted the state's comprehensive reform. |
