| Tiivistelmä: | The bankrupt year was put forward, related to the whole decline in Beijing's market place and too fast development. too much construction, too huge scales of big markets at that time. There are kinds of restraining factors for every market from its entering the marketplace till goingout. And as far as the common characteristic are said, four types can be described as: 1.Merchandise has no distinguished features and no patronage, resulting in bankruptcy. A case in point is the Fu An Xiang commercial firm. 2. Because of normal management and a rigid system, some have to stop the business to reorganize twice such as Kama Business. 3. Another is Yi Te Business, which became entirely insolvent as a result of in experienced material management and confused interior administration. 4. Benefit-drived and strange bedfellows make a thorough close-dow. |
