| Tiivistelmä: | In the relent years, as the developed countries are all increasing textile technological input, quickening textile technological progress, our government also attaches great importance to the technological progress. Since 1992 the textile industry has strengthened the technological reform, with the total investment as RMB 797 hundred million, nearly 1.2 times than that during "Seven- Five-Years Plan". Howover, our now textile industry is still in an extensive situation, short of technological investment seriously. And the proportion that technological results turn into productivity is not high; the enterprises have not really become the major bodies of the technological development. A scientific research market of textile technology should be establish so as to make the enterprises the major bodies of technological development. |
