| Tiivistelmä: | In 1978, the annual yield of our national cotton cloth made not by weaving was only over 3 thousand tons, while in 1997, the yield came dramatically up to 25 ten thousand tons, with the annual growth rate as 24.7%. Puring the change of two centuries, the annual growth speed will amount to 8.3%. It is necessary to devote great efforts changing the status quo in which the utilization of capacity of most cotton clothmaking technology is lower than 50%. Although China has been the leading power on this side with an yield nearing to Japan's, ranking second in the world, the grade and extra value of most products are low. Compared to the abroad especially developed countries, there is a conspicuous disparity in the aspect of technological structures, breeds and qualities, technology levels. So we should advocate purchasing the foreign key technology. |
