| Tiivistelmä: | The backward comprehensive strength and development of economy in the middle and the western parts hinder the realization of China's strategic goal for economic development. The emergence and development of knowledge economy provide an opportunity for the middle and the western parts of China to realize jump development. To this end, the measures are proposed in this article for the middle and the western parts to develop knowledge economy: (1)bring government's functions of leading, planning and coordinating into play; (2)establish incentive system for technical innovation of enterprises, and intensify enterprises' sense of knowledge economy as main body; (3)enlarge investment into science and technology and education, and train high-qualified talents; (4)strengthen the establishment of areas of sci-technology industry etc.. |
