| Tiivistelmä: | Since 1993, the performance of China's listed companies has become poorer and poorer and their losses more and more. Using the dynamic analytic method, this paper analyzes the status quo, reasons for them and then raises the following suggestions in view of the above problems: 1.changing our concept and adhering to the principles of optimizing resources allocation and industrial upgrading so as to promote the healthy development of the listed companies; 2.keeping the relative stability of macro economic situation with a view to creating a good environment for the operation of the listed companies; 3. standardizing the market behaviour of intermediary organs according to "securities law" and strengthening the supervision of the listed companies. |
