| Tiivistelmä: | The objective in establishing collectivized agricultural services in our country should lay stress on the following two main points. One is to make it suitable for different levels of productive forces in various areas and the other is to make it diversified, both of which should be in accordance with the actual situation .As far as the contents and the organization structure are concerned, the comprehensive service system should be emphasized in the whole agricultural production and a kind of multi-economic, multi-channel, multiform and multi-level system established on the basis of our national conditions. Owning to the highly differentiated features of social economic development in our country, it is absolutely necessary to make the services adapt to local needs and levels of various regions. |
