| Tiivistelmä: | The traditional view on classification of public ownership has serious limitations. This essay will break through traditional view and try to make classification according to whether the enterprise has state-owned nature as well as enterprise's function, industry's characteristics and scale. That is to say, public-owned economy can be divided into state-owned economy and nonstate-owned economy. Its organizational forms include governmental enterprises, special corporation, stock company, cooperative enterprise, etc. Accordingly, operational pattern can be chosen on the basis of organizational forms. |
