| Tiivistelmä: | An outstanding character of engineering project management is the organization and management of multiple construction subjects (owner, supervisor and contractor). The unitary requirement of multiple construction subject' organizational behaviours will influence factors of organizational behaviours, which will form a self-organizing and self-optimizing system according to the requirement for realizing the goal of the project. From the angle of project construction management, the core of multiple construction subjects' unitary organizational behaviours is a scientific management mechanism, a reasonable organizational structure and a same direction of behaviours. There three aspects can't be divided and are restricted with one another. Only if these three aspects coordinate and stimulate with one another, can the most optimal management result appear. |
