| Tiivistelmä: | To promote economic growth through the expansion of domestic demands is the focal point of the central government's macro-controlling policy in 1998. However, there exists realistic obstacles in the expansion of domestic demands. The existence of slow growth of income, the intensification of social reforms, the upgrading of consumption, the lowering of (marginal prospensity of consumption), the diadactic structure of urban and rural consumption, the expansion of income disparity and the underdevelopment of consumption loans makes the growth of consumption weary. Meanwhile, it is difficult to raise funds because of tight fiscal conditions and the acceleration of the commercializing reform process of state-owned banks. |
