| Tiivistelmä: | In the paper, data from 73 U.K. Monopolies and Mergers Commission (or MMC) reports on monopoly btw. 1973 and 1995 are discussed. It is shown that there is roughly two in three chance that the Commission will come to an adverse conclusion against the investigated firms in a given case. |
