| Tiivistelmä: | Nonpublic-owned economy is an important part of China's socialist market economy. In the course of rural development it can make up the deficiencies of collective economy and it is advantageous to the transfer of surplus labour forces, the adjustment of industrial structure and the increase in the input of agricultural funds. Under the current specific circumstances, the development of noncultivated land resources in agriculture should be the optimal pattern for nonpublic economy to give play to its advantages. It is also an important choice for the management to promote China's rural economy under various constraint conditions. Therefore policies should be laid down to give guidance. |
