| Tiivistelmä: | To contract state-owned economic scale, China should first make it clear that the function orientation of state-owned economy is to safeguard the nation's security and social stability and control the national economic lifelines, macro-control of national economic development. The industry distribution of national economy should be a dynamic system. It should regulate its assets in those sectors needing development. Under the premise of ensuring the necessary amount and scale of national economy, its quality should be improved. In this background, national economy withdrawing from some fields does not mean its weakening but is more beneficial to its development and consolidation, and play its dominant role in national economy. |
