| Tiivistelmä: | The oversea listed Chinese enterprises have more influence of international market situation than the domestic listed companies or non-listed companies. Consequently they have more experience and lessons: 1. Follow the market situation and regulate management strategy. 2. Take precaution against risks and prepare well for the company's assets and liabilities to avoid large loss by market fluctuation. 3. Pay attention to the rational proportion of liabilities. 4. Forbid using the stock of listed company as mortgage loan. 5. China-funded companies should optimize their assets through management, improve their profit-making ability and consolidate their positions in market. 6. Increase the openness of companies. |
