| Tiivistelmä: | The issue of bond by China's enterprises has gradually held the juxtaposition with bank credit, share financing and has become one of the three main financing methods of enterprises. The target of bond credit rating is the reliability of repaying, which provide information about reliability of repaying for shareholders. In accordance with China's condition, China should seek a set of comprehensive and united, can be quantified bond credit rating index system that is suitable to China. And its characteristics are added forecasting of developing prospect and evaluation of constructing project, protrude the invest and manage direction of China's enterprises, and the unity in economic and social benefits. |
